Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo shares its know-how in Saint Petersburg


From 5 to 8 March,  Chef Eric Guillemaud will be holding a gourmet event and food tastings at Buddha-Bar Saint Petersburg.

For the first time, Executive Chef Eric Guillemaud is meeting with teams at Buddha-Bar Saint Petersburg to show them his inventive cuisine. 


For 4 days, the chef will offer tastings of his refined cuisine, sharing what has ensured the success of Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo

Frog legs in Korean sauce – Sautéed foie gras with pineapple chutney - Seared Mediterranean sea bass, accompanied by sticky rice with coconut milk - Grilled Sisteron saddle of lamb with prik pao and Thai basil - Hot fudge with ginger confit. These are just some of the things on the menuwhose innovative, appetising and flavoursome compositions will be specially drawn up for the occasion.


Eric Guillemaud and his team constantly aim to revisit nouvelle cuisine with passion and modernity, offering elaborate and inspired recipes that not only titillate the palate but are also pleasing to the eye.
