La brasserie du Café de Paris reinvents itself


At the forefront of Monaco life since 1868, this legendary restaurant is celebrating its 150th anniversary.





Although its belle-époque brasserie charm still reigns, it has been revitalised by Michelin-starred star bio chef Paolo Sari who has taken over the kitchen. An expert devotee of fresh, local and 100% organic produce, he has introduced home-made ice-creams and updated the brasserie menu to showcase Mediterranean flavours. Diners are now treated to a menu of the day featuring perfectly seasoned meats and fresh fish from that morning’s catch. Not forgetting soon gourmet pizzas cooked in an olive wood-fired oven.


Outside the Café de Paris, shop for fine food at the L’Épicerie, where you will find the brasserie’s signature dishes and the best from local organic producers to eat in or take away, as well as an exceptional selection of caviars from around the world (home delivery available).
